3.2 Payment Terms: Payment is due monthly in advance. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as specified during signup.

3.3 Refund Policy: We offer a satisfaction guarantee for the first month. After the first month, refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

5. Service Guarantees and Limitations

5.1 Lead Guarantee: While we guarantee you will receive qualified leads, we cannot guarantee specific numbers or conversion rates as these depend on multiple factors including your location, industry, season, and response quality.

5.2 Service Availability: We strive for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our control.

5.3 Platform Compliance: We operate in compliance with Nextdoor's terms of service. Changes to Nextdoor's policies may affect our service delivery.

6. Cancellation and Termination

6.1 Client Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time with 30 days written notice. You will continue to receive services through the end of your current billing period.

6.2 Our Right to Terminate: We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we determine your business is not suitable for our services.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials related to Nextdoor Boost are our intellectual property. You may not use our trademarks, logos, or proprietary information without written permission.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of our business relationship. This obligation continues after termination of services.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nextdoor Boost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nextdoor Boost from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your business operations, or your violation of these terms.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.
